WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Warranty
We guarantee all products sold by veloToze.com. If the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Initiate the Warranty process here. For additional assistance and questions about warranties, please reach out to veloToze@veloToze.com.
Returns
To initiate a return, use our Return Portal here. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges and gift cards are non-returnable. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Customers with Checkout+
Checkout+ is an optional add-on at time of purchase that will cover the cost of return shipping labels. If you purchased Checkout+ coverage, you can initiate and receive your return shipping label directly through the Checkout+ order portal.
Customers without Checkout+
If you did not purchase Checkout+ protection a return shipping label will be provided for you, but you will be responsible for the cost. To initiate a return please use our returns portal, where the label will be provided. Approved returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
Checkout+ is not available outside of the U.S. and Canada and is not returnable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only process returns we receive.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at veloToze@veloToze.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If you received the item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
