WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty 
We guarantee all products sold by veloToze.com. If the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim, please use the link at the bottom of our Returns Portal. 

If you purchased your VeloToze item at a third party seller, please register your warranty item first, before filing your warranty claim. 

Returns 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges and gift cards are non-returnable. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Checkout+

Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order.

  • Free Return Shipping: If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.
  • Checkout+ cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase and will not be included in store credit or refund amounts.
  • Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, returns are still initiated through our Returns Portal, where a return shipping label will be provided. The customer is responsible for the cost of that label. Coverage cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at veloToze@veloToze.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If you received the item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
