WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We guarantee all products sold by veloToze.com. If the product you received is defective or you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Initiate the Warranty process here.
Please send a picture of the issue and the back of the packaging (if you still have it) to veloToze@veloToze.com.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at veloToze@veloToze.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges and gift cards are non-returnable. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can only process returns we receive.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at veloToze@veloToze.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you received the item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
